Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of Accuracy and Authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Our Response to Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, we will:
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who provided the allegedly infringing content of the removal or disabling of access.
Take reasonable steps to notify the content provider that they may submit a counter-notification.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
Identification of the Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
Contact Information: Your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Bongo Bhumi may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Bongo Bhumi reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
6. Governing Law
This DMCA Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
